Terms & Conditions
1. Artwork must be supplied to our specifications otherwise design charges will apply.
2. Where multiple Postcard Packs are booked at the one time with the same material, the full amount is invoiced when the first postcard is published, as all postcards are printed at one time.
3. Transfers & Cancellations - a 15% transfer fee is charged for bookings transferred within 14 days of the booking deadline; a 50% transfer fee is charged for bookings transferred after the booking deadline; a 15% cancellation fee is charged for bookings cancelled prior to 30 days from the booking deadline; a 35% cancellation fee is charged for bookings cancelled within 30 days of the booking deadline; a 100% cancellation fee is charged for bookings cancelled within 7 days of the booking deadline.
